The fitness industry faced a significant gap:

A lack of a dedicated social network for gym enthusiasts, trainers, and managers.  

Trainers were forced to use multiple, disconnected tools, while members had no single hub for motivation, challenges, and booking. 

The client’s main goal was to create a platform that would not only promote healthy living but also integrate with fitness devices like Fitbit.

The solution also needed to provide a suite of advanced tools for gym managers and trainers to manage schedules and client interactions, while also offering a white-label option for gyms to build their own branded community.

Our solution

We managed the complete app development lifecycle, from architecture to launch, delivering a cross-platform mobile app and admin dashboard:

Integrated Fitbit API to sync user activity data in real time for community challenges.
Built a custom booking and scheduling system for trainers and gym managers.
Developed a configurable white-label engine for gyms to create branded community platforms.
